About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance on production equipment. You’ll diagnose issues, repair machinery, perform routine inspections, and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility. This role requires strong technical ability, solid troubleshooting skills, and the confidence to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot issues with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC‑controlled systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document all work performed
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams
• Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Requirements
• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with PLCs (basic understanding or troubleshooting is a plus)
• Ability to use multimeters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferre
